B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Operations Manager in our Energy team.
As a Operations Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your Responsabilities:
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of changes affecting EWN deliverables, from initiation through post-implementation review.
- Evaluate risks, impacts, dependencies, and resource constraints to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure changes are aligned with project schedules, construction phases, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare documentation and secure approvals.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and project management stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate change records, reporting, and audit trails in accordance with governance standards.
- Proactively identify potential conflicts or disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support release and transition planning to ensure a smooth handover from project delivery to operations.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC project environments.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles.
- Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing project priorities, deadlines, and fast-paced environments.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality standards.
